Is your concentration at work, the quality of your restaurant experience or your relaxation time at home suffering from constant noise pollution? Sickness-related absences at work put a strain on quality and budget?
The urge for clean air and insulated tones indoors is greater than ever and we offer you the right systems. With the Bruag solutions with or without virus filtering, being together indoors becomes pleasant again.
MDF board is a wood-based material made of finely fibrillated softwood, which is pressed into a board product that is equally homogeneous in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Due to its dimensional stability, MDF board is ideal for interior design elements.
The MDF board is the proven solution for all interior applications. Due to the neutral substrate, the MDF board is excellently suited for coating in the desired colour shade. The homogeneous surface looks noble and yet natural. The thickness of up to 30 mm emphasises the three-dimensionality to the maximum.
The raw panels are project-specifically cut to the desired dimensions using laser technology (including drill holes). You choose the width (x) and the length (y) of the panels individually. Do you want round cuts or additional cut-outs? Simply draw them in your DXF plan and they will be manufactured to size. Please consider the following raw panel formats for waste optimisation:

The OAK PLYWOOD panel consists of individual layers of wood, which are glued and pressed crosswise to their fibre direction. This reduces directional properties such as swelling and shrinkage. OAK PLYWOOD brings a natural wood look into the interior.
The beautiful, rustic oak surface is protected from scratches and dirt with an invisible coating. The edges are black due to the laser cutting, which makes the wood surface stand out more and increases the depth effect. This combination of dark edges and oak brings that little extra to any room.

Our CELLON® panel is a high-pressure laminate panel (HPL Compact or solid core panel) consisting of 70% cellulose webs and 30% phenolic resin. The extremely weather and frost-resistant material is ideal for outdoor applications.
The HPL panel convinces with absolute moisture resistance and minimal expansion. In contrast to conventional HPL panels, CELLON® is characterized not only by the variety of shapes and colors available, but above all by its natural appearance. The colour is applied directly to the resin and thus the top layer, which means that the sterile resin surface does not stand out, but rather the selected color concept is ideally emphasized.

The proportion of open space essentially influences the sound-absorbing effect of wall and ceiling elements. The Bruag design collections contain numerous variants with an open area proportion of 40% and more. As with the partition walls, we also differentiate between fixed and flexible systems for acoustic elements:
For an outstanding result, you combine the MDF, OAK PLYWOOD or CELLON® design panels covered with felt on the back (see color collection here) with a sound absorber and an air space behind it. The panel is attached to a wooden or metal substructure.
The structure of the ceiling elements does not differ from that of wall structures. Due to the risk of deflection, pay attention to the fastening distances. Ceiling acoustic systems can either be designed over the entire surface or as individual sails.
The Noise-Catcher is 1900mm x 1900mm x 14mm in size and is the ideal partition for your open-plan office or as a partition within rooms. It stands independently and can be easily moved if necessary. In this way the greatest possible effect can be achieved.
The Noise-Virus-Catcher® makes rooms virus- and germ-free. The flexible partition wall system with medical filters eliminates viruses close to people, i.e. exactly where they are exhaled into the air. At the same time, the attractive room divider provides perfect room acoustics and aesthetic added value. The Noise-Virus-Catcher® has the dimensions 1900mm x 1900mm x 14mm. You can find the test results here.
A higher proportion of open areas has a major effect on the sound-absorbing effect of the system. While standard plasterboards have an average hole content of around 8% (green graph), perforated boards can easily achieve an open area of 40% and more and also look good at the same time.
In addition to the panels, we also supply the matching felt including the sound absorber. Any substructures are assembled by the craftsman on site during the installation. We do not do any assembly work ourselves. The Noise Catcher and Noise Virus Catcher® are supplied as a complete system including metal feets.
I am sorry, what did you say? Rooms that have a modern design are often impressive in their simplicity. But when it comes to using the room it emerges that the acoustics have been sacrificed. The experience in historic rooms it is often not much better: the design elements predominate. The system we have developed provides numerous options for every type of room, providing freedom to adapt to different styles. The ceilings and walls are all brought into play when it comes to improving the acoustics, producing positive auditory and visual outcomes. The acoustic results are proven by the German TÜV Institute, which verified the outstanding absorption rates. In contrast to to other room acoustics solutions, our system creates an optical highlight. The panels are produced exactly in line with your wishes, and your individual needs (such as holes for speakers or lights) are catered for.
In addition to the included absorbers and metal frames, which constitute complete elements, Bruag offers yet more options that lead to improvements in room acoustics. For example, entire walls or ceilings can be furnished with perforated panels and special acoustic fleece. These can be combined with LED backlighting; or a cooling system can be integrated into the acoustic elements. We will be glad to work alongside you to develop a system suitable for your project.
Let yourself be inspired by projects that have already been implemented or go on to the technical information sheet for ceiling elements, the brochure for all indoor applications or our perforation collection with design templates. In addition to the almost unlimited variety of shapes, there is also a very large selection of colour options. Also, all the test results of the systems with sound absorption rates are available.
