Our CELLON® panel is a high-pressure laminate panel (HPL Compact or solid core panel) consisting of 70% cellulose webs and 30% phenolic resin. The extremely weather and frost-resistant material is ideal for outdoor applications.
The HPL panel convinces with absolute moisture resistance and minimal expansion. In contrast to conventional HPL panels, CELLON® is characterized not only by the variety of shapes and colors available, but above all by its natural appearance. The colour is applied directly to the resin and thus the top layer, which means that the sterile resin surface does not stand out, but rather the selected color concept is ideally emphasized.
The raw panels are project-specifically cut to the desired dimensions using laser technology (including drill holes). You choose the width (x) and the length (y) of the panels individually. Do you want round cuts or additional cut-outs? Simply draw them in your DXF plan and they will be manufactured to size.Please consider the following raw panel formats for waste optimisation:

Thanks to their structural separation of heat and weather protection, ventilated facades made of CELLON® are particularly energy-efficient, durable and economical. The rear ventilation space not only ensures a significant reduction in noise emissions compared to other wall structures, but also offers summer heat protection. CELLON® facade panels can be attached to all conventional wood and metal substructures.
We support you with the appropriate panel division of your facade so that possible cost drivers can already be taken into account in the design. The detailed measurements and on-site installation are carried out by a qualified craftsman. The panels are produced ready for installation and offered to the craftsman.

Bruag produces facade panels fully in accordance with your desires. The fact that every panel made by Bruag is individually laser-cut means the panels are delivered ready for assembly, which includes bore hole, recesses, the substructure and the fastening equipment. Every element is precisely designed, keeping in mind the requirements, cut to the nearest millimetre in accordance with the blueprints, and coated in one of over 3000 available UV-resistant color tones. The edges of the panels are also coated in your colour of choice (RAL, NCS S, Bruag Alu).
For exterior applications, we use our two materials CELLON® and Formboard top pine (in the structurally protected facade area and as roof soffits including terrace acoustics). You may find more information on our materials here.
