Manuel Züllig has been a member of the Bruag management board since September 2019 and owns Bruag Design Factory AG since January 1st, 2023. As a trained draftsman and business economist with many years of experience in financial and strategic consulting for SMEs, he has the ideal backpack to strike the exciting balance between "feasible and affordable creativity". He is also your contact for the entire area of facades.
Nina Züllig (-Brühwiler) has been working at Bruag since 2009 and acts as owner and co-CEO since the takeover on 1.1.2023. She is responsible for sales including the coordination of all projects and marketing. Her business background helps her to keep an overview in the daily coordination of the company. Nina has been instrumental in building up the international business activities and is leading project implementations.
As the founder of Bruag, Markus Brühwiler has put his heart and soul into the continuous development of the company on a daily basis. With the handover of the business to his daughter Nina and son-in-law Manuel on 1.1.2023, he is stepping down from the operational side of the business, but will continue to advise the company and contribute with innovative ideas.
Marcel Briegmann is a trained roofer and has successfully completed his second training as an EFZ design engineer. The handball NLA co-trainer brings his extensive technical know-how and broad professional experience to Bruag in various customer-oriented areas. He is a technical sales consultant and contact person for craftsmen and architects throughout the whole order process. Marcel Briegmann accompanies projects from planning to electronic data preparation for laser cutting.
Raffaela Paolucci joined our team in April 2018. She handles our export business, organises transports and supports our sales activities all over the world. Raffaela is not only an organisational talent, but also a linguistic genius. Due to her many years of working in international companies and the associated stays abroad, she speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish as well as German.
Remo Berger knows our products from the ground up. As a trained industrial painter who joined our company in 2021 and later worked as a production manager in our company, he knows exactly where the limits and possibilities of our products are. He is therefore also very valuable in his new role as a sales consultant. Because he knows exactly what has to be taken care of in our production so that the most individual customer wishes can be implemented to their complete satisfaction.
Especially in a company that offers customised, individual products, careful work preparation is of central importance. In addition to the object-specific work preparation, Miguel's creative vein has enabled the unique staging of Bruag trade fair stands since 2013.
Numbers, personnel and administration are the world of Alessandra Bulut. The Amriswil native joined our team in August 2023. Alessandra Bulut can use her many years of experience and profound education and training in human resources and accounting in our internationally oriented company on a daily basis.
Marie-Theres Brühwiler joined the marketing and communications department in August 2017 and supports sales. Her trademarks are passion and enthusiasm for Bruag products, which she uses audibly and legibly.
Tarek Adidou is the creative vein when it comes to visualizations or the development of new design and perforation ideas. He supports and advises architects worldwide in Arabic, French and English and enables the implementation of a design idea in production. He has been with Bruag since October 2015.
